PRICES 

Prices listed on this website supersede all prices previously advertised. Prices are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST and are valid from 1 April to 31 March each calendar year. Children’s prices apply if the child is between the ages of 4 to 14 years. 

We accept most major credit cards [we don’t accept AMEX] and a deposit is required to secure all group bookings. 

PAYMENTS 

Due to a recent increase in fraudulent credit card transaction, we reserve the right to request that the credit card used for payment be presented on arrival. Failure to produce the credit card used for payment will result in a refund being made to that credit card. Payment will then be taken on arrival. 
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

You can enter Cairns Koalas & Creatures at your own risk and on the CONDITION that you have NO RIGHT OF ACTION against the owner or operator of these premises, of their servants or agents, for any injury to you or damage to any property. It does not matter how the injury, loss or damage is caused, even if it is caused by NEGLIGENCE or BREACH OF CONTRACT of the owner or operator of these premises, or their servants or agents. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

To ensure the wellbeing of both the koala and the child, minimum height and age restrictions apply for koala photos. These restrictions must be adhered to and are at the discretion of the wildlife keeper.

Filming and/or photography is not to be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from Cairns Koalas & Creatures management.
