- Due to the wellbeing of both the koala and child, minimum height and age restrictions need to be adhered to and are to the wildlife keeper’s discretion.
Admission tickets valid for the date of purchase and then re-entry for four (4) consecutive days after.

Local visitors with a Companion Card can present it to receive one free entry and one entry at the local rate, while non-local Companion Card holders can avail themselves of one free entry and entry at the standard Rate, both offering discounts off entry only.
